Customer Appreciation Day 2010

The weather cooperated allowing us to fire up the grill and serve samples of tender, delicious Black Angus beef and fabulous heart healthy choices like our Buffalo Burgers. Inside there were tasting stations in every department plus giveaways and prizes throughout the day. We had a great time and hope you did too!

The cheese tasting table was loaded with a wonderful assortment of cheeses and flavorful accompaniments. Tony, the knowledgeable cheese master offered great tips and pairing ideas making this tasting table very popular - and delicious.
Mary's Chicken served tidbits of air chilled chicken, lightly seasoned and perfectly sauteed. Julia Child would have adored Mary's chickens. They taste, as Julia Child would say, "Chickeney!" Mary's Chicken is healthy for people and the planet!

Throughout the day, tasty samples from the Deluxe deli were made available - this table featured Saags's Specialty Meats and Sausage and handy tips on a variety of ways to create quick and nutritious meals.
One of the wineries featured in our tasting was Kendall Jackson. Several grape varieties create a range of wines within their premier label, the Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve - what a treat that was!
